How should I clean my LCD screen on my notebook (monitor)?
For dust as well as for smudge marks or fingerprints you will need to wipe the screen. Please use only a soft cotton cloth or a special electrostatic cloth used to clean eyeglasses. Wipe in one direction (i. e. top to bottom). NEVER any solvents that contain ammonia or ethyl alcohol, as these will damage your screen. There are several commercial products available for that purpose so better to contact your dealer to get the special LCD cleaning stuff.

Image is not stable
A problem with your graphics adapter or display unit. Contact your service representative. Check that the display resolution and frequency from your PC or graphic adapter is an available mode for your monitor. In your PC, you can check through Control panel, Display, Settings. If the setting is not correct, use your computer utility program to change the display settings.
There is no SCREEN image
The power cord is securely connected to the monitor, the adaptor, and wall outlet. Check the signal coble connection between the monitor and the computer. Adjust the brightness and contrast controls. Monitor is power saving mode, Display image is too large or small. Use the OSD controls to adjust auto setup.
