Prestigio unveils new eBook Reader, Prestigio Nobile PER3562

Prestigio, a dynamic international vendor of state-of-the-art IT and CE products for style-conscious consumers, has unveiled new eBook reader with latest eInk Pearl technology, Prestigio PER3562.

The new Prestigio Nobile PER3562 is based on 6” E Ink Pearl screen, the revolutionary electrophoretic display platform, which grants the device 50% greater contrast ratio and absolutely crisp text and graphics. The super fast-responding display provides improved readability in the direct sunlight and has been never so close to a paperback book.

Besides that, E Ink Pearl technology has the lowest power display on the market: this and 1600mAh Li-on polymer battery makes the PER3562 last an amazing 10,000 page turns or refreshes, meaning the device won’t need to be often plugged in for a recharge.

The new Prestigio PER3562 is running on an extra-fast 800Mhz Marvell CPU. The model has 128MB of RAM, 2GB of built-in storage memory, able to be expanded up to 32GB and store up to 50,000 books.

As for the software, the new model supports all the major book formats, including Adobe Reader Mobile, picture preview function and mp3 audio format for background music.

In terms of reading comfort and usability, the eReader is configured with a convenient search function, bookmark possibility and 17 different adjustable font sizes, making a difference while reading for many.

The device itself is light and easy to hold in one hand. Thanks to the aluminum back cover, it doesn’t only look good, but is protected from scratches when used without the case. 

Together with elegant pouch, the device comes with a set of high quality earphones, USB cable, quick guide and 2 years international warranty card.
